Departments of commercial administration of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, cities specially designated in the state plan and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xi¡¯an and Wuhan, Guangdong branch customs, special commissioner¡¯s office of Tianjin and Shanghai, and all customs directly under administration of General Administration of the Customs, environmental protection bureaus (offices) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and specially designated in the state plan, and all bureaus of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine directly under administration of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine:
In accordance with problems in implementation of ¡°Catalogue of Commodity Prohibited from Processing Trade¡± of Announcement No.17, 2007, related issues are supplemented as follows:
1. on processing trade of paper products;
2. on processing trade of processed leather;
3. on processing trade of imported steel;
4. on processing trade of leftover materials and scraps;
5. please refer to web site of processing trade of Ministry of Commerce for list of newly-added commodity of Announcement No.17;
6. the parts of the old electromechanical products prohibited from import in Announcement No.17 are prohibited from import as well.
This circular shall take effect as from release.
