In accordance with Administrative Measures on Commodity Import and Export of the People¡¯s Republic of China and related commitment for the WTO entry, the permitted import volume, distribution rules and applying procedures of crude oil and refined oil of non-state trade in 2008 are now announced. All qualified crude oil and refined oil importers may apply to import administrations on import industrial products and administrations on import of foreign-invested enterprises authorized by Ministry of Commerce or directly apply to Ministry of Commerce. Ministry of Commerce will accept applications from Jan 1, 2007 to Jan 15, 2007.
