In accordance with Examining and Approving Measures on Qualifications of International Bidding Institutions (Decree No.6, 2005 of Ministry of Commerce), Ministry of Commerce carried out annual verification on qualifications of 157 enterprises. ˇˇˇˇ
Bidding institutions that have passed annual verification and those with their qualifications reserved shall take copies of certificates of qualification to Ministry of Commerce Department of Mechanic, Electronic and Hi-tech Industry to go through formalities before May 1, 2008.
International bidding institutions shall strictly follow related laws and regulations such as Measures of Bidding and Implementing Measures on Bidding of Electromechanical Products (Decree No.13, 2004 of Ministry of Commerce), trying hard to expand international bidding business in principle of ˇ°open, fair and justˇ±. If the bidding institutions with qualifications reserved fails to satisfy requirements in the annual verification, Ministry of Commerce will deal with in accordance with relevant regulations of Decree No.6, 2005 of Ministry of Commerce.
