Lu Jiang Chairman of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing
Mr. Lu Jiang, senior engineer, was born in April 1938 in Heilongjiang. He graduated from Beijing Iron-Steel College in 1963. He is a member of Chinese People¡¯s Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing, Chairman of China Logistics Society, and Vice Chairman of Asia Pacific Logistics Federation. He worked in State Development Planning Commission of the People¡¯s Republic of China, Heavy Industry Bureau of State Economic and Trade Commission of the People¡¯s Republic of China. In 1986, he was appointed as Deputy Party Secretary, Vice General Manager, and then Party Secretary, General Manager in China Packaging Corp. In 1992, he was transferred to the Ministry of Materials & Equipment as Vice Minister. In 1993, he was the Vice Party Secretary and Vice Minister of Ministry of Internal Trade. In 1998, he was appointed as Check-Special of State Council and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the State-owned Key Enterprises.
