He Liming Vice Chairman and Secretary General of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing
Mr. He Liming, senior economist, was born in January 1954 in Helongjiang. He graduated from Statistics Department of Jiangxi Finance and Economics University in 1983. In 1997, he obtained Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA) from International Business College of Najing University. He was appointed as Vice Director General of Personnel Department of Ministry of Materials and Equipment, Vice Director General of Personnel Department of Ministry of Internal Trade, General Manager of China Non-Ferrous Metal Materials Corp., Board Chairman of Dongfang Metal Company of Chengtong Group, and Secretary Generals of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing.
