Ying Wenhua Vice Chairman of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing
Mr. Ying Wenhua, senior Engineer, was born in January 1938. He graduated from of Beijing Iron-Steel College. He is a member of Chinese People¡¯s Political Consultative Conference. He began to work in 1962 and worked for Materials General Bureau of State Economic Commission, Materials Bureau of State Development Planning Commission, State Materials General Bureau, Ministry of Materials and Equipment, China Ship-scrapping Corp. and Ministry of Internal Trade. He was appointed as Technician, Vice Director, Director, Vice Director General, Director General, General Manager of China Ship-scrapping Corp, Economist General, and Vice Minister of Ministry of Internal Trade. He was appointed as Check-Special of State Council in April 1998 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the State-owned Key Enterprises in June 2000.
