2005年7月27日ITC、注册采购师培训中心授牌会以来，全国已经有部分培训中心相继开班培训，并于年内参加了注册采购师的全国首次统考。接联合国ITC机构通知，2006年ITC上半年全球英文统一考试定在3月份进行（详见附件1），地点设在北京，考试方式为笔试；2006年ITC上半年全国中文考试时间为5月（详见附件2），考试方式为笔试，全国统一进行。望各培训中心尽快统计出英文参考人员的数量上报中物联培训部并通知个人在联合国ITC网站（www.ipscm-learningnet.net）进行注册,注册截止日期为2006年2月15日。
    英文考试注册流程为：
    1、登陆www.ipscm-learningnet.net；
    2、点击Registration on LearningNet；
    3、点击as a Candidate for Exams；
    4、完成并提交个人信息登记注册；
    5、把个人姓名、出生年月、CRN号码、考试费汇款凭证复印件（375元人民币/模块）和将要报考的模块等内容传真至联合会培训部。
